Gorgeous 18th-century Gustavian scraped paint Swedish sofa with lovely carving detailing. The sofa has four carved wooden finials on each corner, slatted side supports and a wonderful hand-scraped panel back with original blue/green paint with substantial carved detailing to the back and base which also features around the front supports. Upholstered in an antique slightly course French tea coloured linen with an additional optional cushion for comfort. This quality piece would make a great addition to a hallway, bedroom or window recess area.
