Description
The iconic Floor lamp designed by Mario Bellini for Artemide, 1976. The Area series is characterized by the square cloth with a long sleek stem that mounted on the support acquires the shape of a flower in bloom. With a square grey painted cast iron base and White lacquered metal rod. The head and shade of the lamp are fixed to a joint, allowing for the direction of the light to be adjusted. They are exhibited in the design section of the MOMA in New York.
In very good condition, with a logo mark underneath.
