G Plan Quadrille Nest of Tables 1960’s
£195
Description
Condition: this wonderful nest are in an original unrestored condition – some very slight aged related wear as to be expected from a piece of this age.
The tables are manufactured from Afromosia (African Teak) and teak veneer.
R. Bennett designed for G-Plan from the late ’60s until 1970 and is credited with the design of the iconic Quadrille and Form Five ranges of furniture. The Quadrille style in particular has experienced a revival of fashion. The geometric boxed legs and simple, sleek teak top make them on point in current interior trends. They are multi-functional tables that can be kept as a nest or spread around the home as plant tables/side tables/nightstands etc.
