Description
A pair of armchairs “GFM87,” designed by Juliusz Kędziorek, produced in the Gościcińska Furniture Factory, Poland in the 1960s, exemplifies solid craftsmanship, made possible by the factory’s advanced machinery. A characteristic feature of the GFM-87 model is the carefully designed ergonomic armrest and the cigar-shaped turned legs, which add distinctiveness to the furniture. The frame of the chairs, made of solid beech wood, has undergone a restoration process. The seats padding and upholstery have also been replaced. These particular pieces are upholstered in boucle fabric in green, contrasting with the color of the wood.
