1970’s Bauhaus, Cesca Influenced, Chrome, Cantilever Dining Chairs
£580.00
Description
A fabulously stylish set of four 1970ās tubular chrome cantilever dining chairs. The original dark brown faux suede upholstery has been replaced with new, flame retardant, chocolate brown suedette to maintain their original style and glamour.
The design of the chairs has been clearly influenced by the Hungarian designer Marcel Breuer who played a significant part in the furniture design of the Bauhaus movement. The chairs mimic the elegant cantilever design of his iconic Cesca chair.
The condition of these chairs is good. They have been newly upholstered in a flame retardant faux suede, are structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing. The chrome may show some slight signs of age and wear but nothing of any great significance. Please study images for an accurate representation of the condition.
