Description
Iconic Set composed of four Mid-Century style chairs designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Vitra, 2000’s.
The chairs and their structure are in perfect conditions, with no damage.
The chairs are made by steel wire and plastic seats.
The Eames Plastic Chairs also introduced a new type of furniture, which has since become very popular: the multifunctional chair, whose shell can be combined with a variety of different bases for the most varied uses. As early as the 1950s, Charles and Ray Eames presented a series of bases capable of allowing various sitting positions. A model of great visual impact is the so-called Eiffel Tower base – a complex and refined project made of steel wire that combines lightness, elegant shapes and structural strength in an incomparable way.
