Arts and Crafts Victorian wooden sofa with inlaid details finished in geometric tapestry

Description
A fine quality and pretty little inlaid mahogany settee from the late Victorian arts and crafts period. Decorative panels of inlay and cutwork sit either side of the padded back rest. It is has a lovely shape , very stylish with strong turned arms. The settee stands on its original brass and ceramic castors. The pale geometric Jacquard upholstery is in very good condition and the frame has been carefully and sympathetically restored. The frame does have damage to the cutwork and rather than attempt to correct I have left as is. It doesn’t detract though and this attractive settee could feature in a number of different room scenarios, eg living room, bedroom etc
Delivery using parcel force 48 will be circa £50 for UK delivery. Please contact me with your postcode for a confirmed cost of delivery. Collection or your own courier welcomed and the sofa can be collected and/or seen in the Manchester showroom M169PW
