Rare, leather armchair was manufactured by Farstrup Møbler in Denmark during the 1960s. The armchair was upholstered in brown natural leather. It has a metal, swivel base and armrests supported by extra pillows. The seat and backrest are quilted, which in combination with soft leather creates a sense of comfort and convenience. The elegant form and the executive design perfect match the modernist idea of ​​functionalist furniture. We have a set of two pieces of this model. The second one has a slightly lighter brown colour and is listeded as a separate offer. Together they make a beautiful set. One of them has a maker label.

 

The history of the brand dates back to 1910. In the beginning, Farstrup was built as a sawmill near the beautiful forests of Langesø. The company’s mission is to create and build, often made to order, high-quality furniture that improves the quality of life. Each piece of furniture is unique and reflects the heritage from 1910, passed on to the next generations. The common feature of all Farstrup furniture is precious wood, usually more than 100 years old, quality workmanship and only the best quality leather and fabrics. Farstrup furniture is Danish craftsmanship and the wood in the factory passes through countless skilled hands. Craftsmanship comes first and is still 100% Made in Denmark.

 

This piece is in original vintage condition. The leather has a natural patina and some scrapes.

Refund Policy

In case of breakage: except Hunt Vintage delivery, you are responsible for this breakage. The customer's refund is total (article + shipping costs). You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return trip. In the event of a Hunt Vintage commercial offer that would have covered part or all of your outward delivery costs, you will be charged the original price (i.e. without discount) for the return delivery. If the item is damaged or broken during a delivery by Hunt Vintage, our carrier is liable. In case of non-compliance: our team judges this non-compliance on photos, videos etc.... If we consider that there is indeed a defect of conformity, the customer is refunded the totality (article + shipping costs). Shipping costs are not refunded. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return trip. In the event of a Hunt Vintage commercial offer that would have covered part or all of your outward delivery costs, you will be charged the original price (i.e. without discount) for the return delivery. In case of non satisfaction: if there is no non conformity or breakage, the customer can retract and return the item to you. The return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

A customer may freely and without reason withdraw from the contract up to 14 days after receipt of the item.  In this case, they must return the item to you within 14 days of request for retraction. We refund the amount of the item but they must pay the round trip expenses. If you have already received payment for your sale, you are required to make a return transfer on the day of receipt of the item so that we can refund the customer. A customer cannot retract following a hand-delivery ("pick up at seller’s place" delivery option).
