Description
A mid 1920’s exceptional quality Art Deco desk with bronze mounts and handles. Presented in the manner of and attributable to Maurice Dufrene. Hand-made in Paris around 1925 from prime selected Mahogany, Oak and Rosewood, the desk has its original tooled brown leather inset top with stunning tulipwood ebony inlay surround. In the right hand drawer, it has a carved oak pen tray and a lockable compartment.
