French Art Deco Desk produced by Louis Majorelle of exceptional quality as you would expect from this French Cabinetmaker. The use of rare exotic veneers book matched and spaced with ebony string line, to the front it has nine lockable drawers on a locking mechanism. In the knee hole of the desk there are two hidden lockable secret compartments. The handles to the front are cast in the form of beetles in gilt bronze numbered to the back. Hyde leather top in faded brown with blind tooling.
