Antique Oak Lowboy Table With Drawers
£345
Description
This is an attractive antique lowboy table which dates to the early 19th century.
Made of solid oak it is ideal for a hallway or dining room and is a well made piece which will make a statement in any home.
It could be used as a small desk, lamp table or perhaps even adapted to house a sink in a small bathroom.
The table is very solid and heavy, the front fitted with three small drawers set around an arched apron.
The table is set on slender turned legs and the drawers are finished with elegantly turned wooden handles.
The wood has a polished finish, the top has been refinished and has a good sheen.
CONDITION
This piece is generally in solid structural condition with a good amount of character. There are many marks of age and use and the left hand side panel has a shrinkage crack which we have left. The back has a chink of wood missing on the left hand side.
It is well aged and full of character.
