A pair of Chinese console tables that join to make a round table from the Shanxi province. Produced in pine and poplar wood with faux bamboo and pierced carved detail, originally lacquered in black and red. Four carvings are missing and have old repairs. The tables are sturdy with age-related wear with one table signed underneath.
