Description
This bar trolley with a shelf was produced by the German manufacture Ilse Möbel during the 1960s. It is a model 6315. The trolley was finished of maple wood in a honey shade with a satin gloss. Table top was decorated with marquetry, a former decorative technique. The legs have metal wheels. The table also has a practical shelf under the top and can be used as a coffee table.
The history of Ilse Möbel begins in 1890 in Uslar near Göttingen. A small plant dealt with woodworking, creating hand-made high-quality furniture from precious wood. The company also produced music equipment, lighting, garden furniture and the Kombi-Lift system, a mechanism that allows for simultaneous height adjustment and unfolding of tables. A wide range of products did not release Ilse Möbel from taking care of the highest quality of workmanship.
This piece is in original vintage condition. It has signs of age, light scapes and a natural patina.
