Mid-Century Modern Scandinavian Birch Sideboard with Walnut Front, 1960s
£3,195
Description
This modernist sideboard comes from Scandinavia, where it was created during the 1960s. The top and sides are finished with birch wood with a strong, irregular grain. The front is made of walnut wood in a natural tone. The sideboard has three sliding doors. Inside there are shelves and a spacious compartment. The Solid wood oblong handles are an added value and give the object expressiveness. Compass legs complete the design, creating a rare form characteristic of the Mid-Century Modern era.
This sideboard has been restored and is in very good vintage condition with a natural patina.
