This beautiful, mid-century cabinet made by Beautility of London has been brought to life and completely transformed to bring a WOW factor to any room. This unique, drinks cabinet made in the 1950s offers plenty of storage and would make a striking addition to any vintage or modern interior.
The whole piece was fully sanded and cleaned to reveal amazing grain on the Front and to make sure that paint adheres firmly to the surface. The gorgeous wood on the front have been lovingly restored and nourished with three coats of oil to reveal a fabulous colour and shine, whilst the rest of the outside has been painted with Midnight Blue fusion mineral paint. Inside the cupboards, also been painted in blue with a custom, golden design at the back. Finally, the paint has been protected with two layers of matt varnish.
Hidden behind the middle, pull-down door is well presented section to prepare drinks and display fancy crystal. This section is fitted with an original mirror and a new, LED light. Once you pull the door open, you will also notice an amazing, hand painted geometrical design that takes the whole unit to a totally new level.
The two gorgeously curved side doors open to reveal cabinets with a great amount of storage for drinks and extra glassware. This cabinet also offers two decent size drawers located underneath the drinks section, that has been laid with new green baize.
The original hardware has been fully cleaned and restored to its former glory.
