A Handsome and Substantial Antique Painted Estate School Housekeeper’s Cupboard, dating from 1850.In lovely and original condition throughout, this very solid (heavy) and sturdy estate cupboard, boasts fitted shelves, to panelled doors, with working lock and key, original brass escutcheon. Single full width drawer to the base.Lovely original painted finish, with all the marks and love commensurate with age. We have not seen a cupboard of this stature for quote some time.
