Large, sturdy late Victorian / early Edwardian chest of two short over three long drawers all resting on short splayed legs.This is a solid, heavy chest ā but has a few war woundsā¦ there are a few pieces of veneer missing and the top is marked with some splits ā which are stable! There is also one handle / knob that is different to the rest and there is evidence of historic worm which is inactive but has been treated! Regardless of itās issues ā itās a good solid pieceā¦ and could be brought back to lifeā¦ it will certainly be here for generations to come and it affords great storage!
