A great 19th century mahogany bookcase, this has two fixed shelves at graduated heights and being relatively low it will make a great shelving piece which does not overwhelm a room.
– 2 fixed shelves, graduated in height to fit books of 29 cm, 24 cm and 18 cm.
– Stands on bun feet.
– Attractive shaped grooved borders, top and bottom.
– Lovely colour to the mahogany.
A lovely piece for a living room or study, this will not overwhelm a smaller room and takes a good range of book heights. It might also be used as display shelving.
In good condition showing wear consistent with age and use.
