Antique Georgian Chest-on-Chest of drawers. A truly beautiful and elegant piece, this early Georgian chest-on-chest showcases classic proportions and timeless craftsmanship. It features two short drawers above three mid-section drawers, with a further three long, graduated drawers below—all offering generous storage space. The entire piece rests gracefully on finely carved cabriole supports, giving it a light and sophisticated stance.Each drawer is fitted with decorative brass handles and brass key mounts, adding a touch of refinement and period authenticity. There are age-related marks, bumps, and areas of wear—most notably a small section of wood missing on the middle drawer of the lower section (left-hand side)—but these imperfections add genuine character and charm, enhancing the antique appeal of the piece rather than detracting from it.

There is evidence of historic worm to some of the internal drawer runners – but it is inactive, has been treated and in no way compromises the structure.
