Royal Worcester Grainger Porcelain Cup & Saucer by John Stinton. This highly collectable piece from the patriarch of the renowned Stinton family has some wonderfully delicate art work. A subtle pale yellow colour to both pieces gives an appropriate background to the cattle and countryside, evoking the sense of a summer evening. The rim of the cup and edge of the saucer are both gilded. The makers stamp can be found on both pieces. Signed and dated for 1899. The pieces are in good condition with only age related signs of wear.
