A very unusual version of these with the unpainted case. An East German commercial clocks, made in Leipzig by ELFEMA (Electro-Mechanics Mittweida). Dating from the earlier 60s.
The steel case is in very good order with negligible wear. I have never had one of these without paint and the finish is really lovely. The off-white colour dial is nice and clean throughout, just a couple of marks, the logo and markings are all crisp. The hands show negligible wear. The original glass shows negligible wear.
Overall diameter 37 cm, depth 7 cm.
Fitted with a high quality battery quartz mechanism that is fully guaranteed for twelve months. Requires one AA battery which is supplied with the clock.
