Seiko Japanese Sunburst Clock, 1970s
£235
Description
This is a heavy, solid and really spectacular Japanese sunburst clock made by Seiko in the 1970s.
This is a heavy and really robust wall clock. The thick teak parts are all in nice condition with a few signs of wear in places. The heavy brass under-frame has been cleaned but not polished. I have been careful to keep the look as original as possible and has not sanded the timber parts. The spun aluminium dial is clean and bright with light marks. The hands show a little wear. There is no glass.
Overall diameter 37 cm, depth 5 cm.
Fitted with a high quality battery quartz mechanism that is fully guaranteed for twelve months. Requires one AA battery which is supplied with the clock.
