This is an absolutely fantastic clock. An early East German piece dated on the reverse 27/June/1957. Made in Leipzig by RFT (Rundfunk- und Fernmelde-Technik).
The steel case is in superb order for a 60 year old clock with minimal wear. The off-white colour dial is nice and clean and also in superb condition, the logo and markings are all crisp. The early version, curved profile hands show modest wear. The original glass shows negligible wear.
37 x 37cm, depth 7cm.
Fitted with a high quality battery quartz mechanism that is fully guaranteed for twelve months. Requires one AA battery which is supplied with the clock.
