Here is an absolutely stunning Fat Lava vintage wall clock that was made by Junghans in the 1960s.
The chunky case is glazed ceramic. The colours are a vivid red/orange and towards the centre a metallic feel brown. Overall, the case is in excellent condition. There is a small mark towards the rear of the clock at 9 o’clock which looks to me like a glaze bubble that has split. The aluminium hands are all in good order but show some wear.
Overall dia. 30cm, depth 5.5cm.
Fitted with its original battery mechanism which is in very clean order. It has been tested for 7 day and has been working well.
