An attractive and very good pair of silver plate Candle Snuffer & Wick Trimmer on Stand. The Candle Snuffer / Wick Trimmer of scissor form having a spring loaded mechanism and stood on three feet, bearing makers marks for H & S. The good Stand/Tray having well cast decoration and engraved centre. Probably Georgian.
Circa 19th century
Good Antique Condition, with light signs of use as expected commensurate with age.
Tray (silver plate on copper) – 10 inches (25.5cm)width X 4.5 inches (11.5cm) depth X 1 inch (2.5cm) height approx
