    Description

    This lovely Ege Rya rug has a deep 100% wool pile in a beautiful range of blues and greens, with a design known as “Snefnug Blå” or “Blue Snowflake”. Ege Rya is a subsidiary of Denmark’s most prestigious carpet manufacturer Ege Taepper who were set up in 1938. They became Denmark’s most successful rug producer in the 1960s, which is when this particular design was created. Woven according to tradition, it can be viewed from both sides with the underside reflecting the same pattern in a flat weave. The rug retains its original label reflecting its origin.

     

    Dating to the late 1960s, this is made of wool with a jute and rayon backing, and originates from Denmark.

     

    In excellent age related condition, this has been dry cleaned and is ready for the home.

Large furniture: Delivery in UK "by Hunt Vintage" (excluding NI) varies according to the price of the product (the delivery rate is automatically indicated).     Refund Policy

    In case of breakage: except Hunt Vintage delivery, you are responsible for this breakage. The customer's refund is total (article + shipping costs). You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return trip. In the event of a Hunt Vintage commercial offer that would have covered part or all of your outward delivery costs, you will be charged the original price (i.e. without discount) for the return delivery. If the item is damaged or broken during a delivery by Hunt Vintage, our carrier is liable. In case of non-compliance: our team judges this non-compliance on photos, videos etc.... If we consider that there is indeed a defect of conformity, the customer is refunded the totality (article + shipping costs). Shipping costs are not refunded. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return trip. In the event of a Hunt Vintage commercial offer that would have covered part or all of your outward delivery costs, you will be charged the original price (i.e. without discount) for the return delivery. In case of non satisfaction: if there is no non conformity or breakage, the customer can retract and return the item to you. The return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

    Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

    A customer may freely and without reason withdraw from the contract up to 14 days after receipt of the item.  In this case, they must return the item to you within 14 days of request for retraction. We refund the amount of the item but they must pay the round trip expenses. If you have already received payment for your sale, you are required to make a return transfer on the day of receipt of the item so that we can refund the customer. A customer cannot retract following a hand-delivery ("pick up at seller’s place" delivery option).
