Lennart Lilja (1924-2008). He was a Swedish artist. Student of Isaac GrĆ¼ndewald and Otte Skƶld. In the 1950s he wrote plays and tried his hand as an actor. This resulted in a role in The Seventh Seal by Ingemar Bergman and roles in several films by Nils Poppe. Together with his wife, Frideborg Bryth, they had an art studio where they focused mainly on oil and acrylic painting. In 1978, they published the book Yttringar with Lennart’s poems and Frideborg’s illustrations. They both belonged to the Dalsland Artists Association.
Work in original vintage condition. The frame has traces of use and age.
