Description
Björn Gustaf Rönnquist was born on June 12, 1948 in Sköns in Sundsvall, died on May 12, 2005 in Malmö. He was a Swedish painter, illustrator and glass maker. Rönnquist grew up in Stockholm but moved to Skåne in the 1980s. Before taking up glass and painting, he worked as a draftsman and illustrator. He designed a collection of glass items for Ikea, including the Karisma egg.
